Marcus Foster

Despite only being 25 Foster has a bluesy style to his folk which makes him sound as old as the hills. Raised on Tom Waits and Van Morrison he played London dives in his early teens in the manner of a broken down crooner. By 2008 his friend Robert Pattinson starred in the vampire film Twilight to which Foster contributed the song ‘Let Me Sign’ which was enough to light the fire under his name for him to tour America. Becoming a word-of-mouth sensation Foster eventually signed to Communion Records and his debut Nameless Path was released to acclaim last year.
